Return Policy

  • All products that are purchased from our e-store are not applicable for return/exchange except for damaged product(s), wrong product(s) delivered.
  • To request for a return/replacement, you are required to send us an email or call us within 2 days after receipt of your order(s). Our customer service representative will guide you through. Damaged or wrong product(s) must be photographed send (whatsapp 0146266626) or email (trexmetalware@gmail.com) to us.
  • We do not practice cash refund. All return(s) will be made in kind of the same value.
  • Any product(s) that has been consumed /used will not be entitled for return/exchange.
  • All faulty items must be delivered in original packing without open to No: 5, Jalan Bunga Raya 6A/2, Seksyen BS4 Perindustrian, Jalan Bunga Raya Sentosa 1, 48300 Bukit Sentosa, Selangor, Malaysia. Within 5 working days from the date of goods receive. Delivery costs to be covered by customer.
  • If any damage cause by Postal Service please return to postal service without sign the receive order form.


Cancellation
  • We will only accept order cancellation by email followed by phone call, if the order has not being processed yet.
  • We will only refund 80% of the total order amount.
